Cebu Pac ATR division requires 20 more Captains and 15 First Officers. Expecting 6 aircraft online this year and another 4 next year for a total of 10. There is an option for 8 more aircraft on top of the 10.
The technical portion of the Initial Interview is tough. Questions asked will be commensurate to your flight time/experience.
If you don't know what you don't/should know then you are in big trouble.
