Its not quite as simple as just reading off the ACN for a particular aircraft as the ACN is variable depending on the a/c configuration i.e. weights, tyre pressures, tyre sizes etc... Listed ACN's for aircraft will be based on a particular scenario, which may or may not match the specifics of the flight. I think Transport Canada has some kind of freeware ACN calculator which may be useful, although I've never used it myself.
On the subject of PCN's its sometimes good to take into account the strength of the taxiways as these can vary significantly, especially the Russian airfields. The local agents can normally send through the PCN diagrams for the runways and taxiways.
