How about some of my tobacco, alcohol, and fuel tax gets invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
If you don't smoke or drink, then I reckon you don't contribute to the Govt's coffers as well as I do. So in theory I deserve a tax break and you should cough up extra (no smoking related pun intended)
