First of all, I would say don't bother about trying to join RSAF. You don't seem to have any interest in actually being in the airforce other than to increase your chances of joining SQ. This I say by your post suggesting that you seem more interested in knowing how to get out of the airforce bond to jump to SQ. Anyway, you can try, but the interviewers will just see right through you and you wont get in.
Next, there are many other people out here who have asked the same questions as you, and they got their answers. Why are you asking the same questions? Read through the posts and don't give the excuse that there are many pages. Trust me, when, and if, you become a pilot, there will be a hell lot more pages of manuals that you will have to read. So you might as well start at 18. You have eight years to find your answers.
