thanks greenfalcon for correcting me. but i dont understand how to prove to them that one who does not have any ppl or cpl can have great interest in flying too. it does makes sense that cpl and ppl holders have edge over others. but for people who cannot afford to get cpl or ppl, they look for these types of cadet pilot programs. i was very happy to see etihad welcoming other nationals. but now its a great disappointment to see that freshers are given the last preference in this program.
I agree with the statement that its too risky to train freshers compared to train someone who has a previous experience. but cant they conduct any tests which can prove that even freshers are eligible?
correct or advice me if i m wrong.
