with regards to the motivational paper in the first stage of selection is the format multiple choice like the other tests? and how specific/technical are the questions ie. do I need to be memorising the date that Swanwick became operational or aircraft seating capacities/cruising levels?? I've tried searching this but couldnt find much... thanks in advace for anyone who can shed some light.
