To have access to a cockpit jumpseat, I believe you would need to be employed at a company that participates in CASS (you can see an example of the list at
http://www.wikiair.com/wiki/Cockpit_...ecurity_System ) but all you can do is ask at the gate! Wish I had a more positive reply for you.
