Dear Seasexsun.
I love your nick, I agree totally with it. I also agree that your job and your salary are not that bad. I have been flying in swiftair more than a year by 97-98. At those years Luis Fernandez de Mesa was the director of operations. A good soul and the best director I have ever known.
Unfortunately I could use “en la guerra, cualquier hueco es trinchera”, or illegal, or many other words, to define 500€/month before taxes, plus the type rate.

But never a “not very well paid”. I am not going to say a bad word in deference to you and our colleges working there.
