It is incredible to see people like you bringing always bad comments. You must be really frustrated. Maybe you did not pass the selection process in swift and I am sorry for you. But I can tell that it's a nice company to work for and the money is correct (2800 net per month as F/O).
I agree that new entrants are not very well paid but it give them a good experience and that' s important to consider.
At least the company hires people and so many guys can get hours on type.
