Why donīt you write Ed an e-mail and ask him????
He is and honest working man and never rude, arrogant or sarcastic in his reply to a perfect legit question.
If restricting days off string for safety reasons then I am sure he will be honest in his reply.
You can shoot me if I am wrong:

I have spoken to Ed on previous matters (and also to others that have done the same)......he stonewalled my concerns so he didn't have to address them. He is not an "honest and working man"..........he is a cog in this "system" with no intention to change things for the better.
Sorry for "shooting you down if you are wrong" but I have been there/done that. My integrity is intact......his is not.
