Spot on FTDK, we as pilots are much like a used car, it's/us are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it/us. Make all used cars expensive & suddenly you will find that they are still selling!!. Make all pilots wages decent & sudenly their still needed/required!
The main trouble here is to take action as a whole ( as in all Commerical pilots take stand), there in lies the main problem not all the other stuff mentioned here & the Co's know this !
