As I thought, a tenuous grip on the facts. Read the INCIDENT report on the Apia event and you'll know that, but for good old fashioned monitoring, it would have been an accident report. As the saying goes, "[in some hands] a little knowledge is dangerous."

in it, stick to the real issue here. Why did AN go under? Look in the mirror for a good deal (I've NEVER said all) of the blame. When you've done that you'll be better equipped next time, 'cos there will be one!
