llanfairpg, did you forget to include the:

* hourly instructor fee ?
* landing fees ?
* night qualification ?
* ground school lessons ?
* transport cost to the airport ?

Or are they included ? My wild guess is that you can do it for half the price in the states.. you are correct that it could be it's half the fun also
