Eurostar builder - it might be a nice idea but I'd be amazed if more than 1% of pax were interested in the aviation museum as a time-filler if delayed - which would be borne out by the visitor numbers there.
It seems to me that this is just part of the long-overdue development of Hurn airfield into a proper airport...
