In terms of airfields though we do need to close a few. Why do we maintain Cottesmore & Wittering when the number of airframes & hours doesn't warrant it? Topcliffe and Church Fenton? Didn't someone allude last week to Kinloss coming south to Lincolnshire?
One noticeable exception in the article though, Sir Clive again fails to give mention to SHF. One wonders if he gave the same spiel to the magazine that he seems to have given on his whistle-stop tour of HIS Stns - anyone else notice the similarities? Cheers fella
