Are you sure she wants to become a pilot ....?
if she is ,she must know ,she is about to join a very though and expensive busines ,where many people would do ANYTHING to get your money .
I did my training in FL USA and change into JAA in Spain , it cost me 120.000 Euros everything ,now 12 years later have everything ready but no job .
I would do the training in USA but getting a JAA licence , yes you can do that .
