sorry to hear you didnt get in. Its just a lottery. Who knows what theses gurus are looking for. I maintain its a miracle i got passed the tests. I think they should screw the personality test and just do the aptitude and then interviews. What the heck does "i enjoy going to art galleries - strongly agree" have to do with ATC? It's nuts. The whole recruitment process is extremely flawed. They let a stalker in a couple of years ago who's whole motivation for getting in was to harrass a lady that he'd become obsessed with.
