It's hard to tell whether management are in la-la land, or just trying to bluff their way through with an almost straight poker face.
Whereas in the past I have recommended the place to others, and been mostly happy in my employment of the last 12 years, and had been quite content to see my time out, if a suitable opportunity comes along, I'm gone. And I couldn't in all consciousness, recommend any friend or acquaintance join.
