I hear alot of the new hires have been failing check to lines, could be an indication of the qualitly of candidates they are getting under their new pay scale??
The 146 has been a pain in the arse for newbies for years. A couple of pilots not getting recommended for a check isnt something uncommon for this type of aircraft... it has nothing to do with quality... at the moment anyway.
