WOG you are corect. I see that as a little short sighted how ever.
You pay for your endorsement, you are bonded, have at present max 5 yrs contract.
In a relatively short time Virgin, Tiger and Joke Star will be searching for pilots. The people that accepted the low pay, crap conditions will either have to fork out $30K to leave or live with NJS for 3 yrs(bonded period) when in all likely hood the other opportunities have dried up
What then?
I have no ill feelings towards them as I am not sure what I would do in similar circumstances.
