Im with you Hoss. I had been applying to NJS for years and had no luck. Finally get an interview just after the B scale is announced and I decided to turn it down.
I hear alot of the new hires have been failing check to lines, could be an indication of the qualitly of candidates they are getting under their new pay scale??
Maybe instead of the finders fee they could offer applicants proper terms and conditions and it will not be so hard for them to "find" suitable applicants.
