5 days off in a row won't happen. The maximum one will get is 3 in a row. I haven't seen anything else so far. Also summer season approaches which usually means 5 on 2 off. Staff travel works according to ZED interline agreements. You will need an ID ticket everytime you proceed home and back for work. There is no "free" travel on BT flights for employees. Jumpseat will be granted if no cabin seat is available. Usually best to discuss with the operating crew before flight so that they are aware. But you need the ID ticket as well.
