Actually visited BHX today (not as pax) and it was very spacious in T1 with flybe in T2, except for the dreadful entry point to T1 departures
On the way out I went through T2 and it was less than 2 hours to departure for the Norwegian and there was no noticeable desk open but there was about 15 people standing around looking bewildered.
Also the first flight departed one hour late after arriving 15 late and today
was only marginally better.
Not sure what the problems were.
