F/O with a flags loco, first year, 12x a year, rating paid by company:
gross, no overtime: 5000€, incl. allowances,
gives net: 3700€ (=2500 GBP)
on top of that: pension (kind of average career salary pension), profit share, overtime (paid linear above 80h), LOL
step increase 365€, 2x every 18 months, then annually
Strong union, check pilots are mentally pilots and not managers, therefore excellent working atmosphere, maintaining piloting skills like hand flying etc. is encouraged, home at base every evening
Outlook at the moment in 3 years: upgrading or longhaul F/O position on 4 pod airbus, not bad at all...
