I think its a very safe method of getting things said.
If u start out with saying "a freind of mine said..... " then no matter how harsh the following statement will be, U can never get in the S..t for it.
Afterall u a just telling what ur "freind" said

That said: I have a testday comming up with baltic and i must say that I am really hoping to get through. I have been looking for that first job for almost 5 years now, and I must say that no matter how the conditions would be I would be happy just to get some hours.
Ofcause Air Baltic will always have troubles with people leaving...... Its far away from a lot of the pilots homes/families and since the buisness is picking up there is a lot of alternatives if u have 500 hours on a 737.
