Being UNDER PRESSURE
Hi evryone, my name is tony and i'm new. I've being doing a lot of research and I see that a many pilots have been rejected to job offers because of psycological tests that demonstrate they don't stay calm under pressure. How does this test works? and how can you improve this aspect to hopefully not be rejected at any job offer? Is it really hard?
