If you look in the back of last week's Flight International, you'll see an advert for LEA, looking for Legacy, Citation 2, Citation Excel and Challenger pilots.
I can't remember the requirements off the top of my head.
I would suggest you look at the AG Flying and Biz Jets forum as i know a few of the LEA pilots prowl the threads there.
From the pilots i see, they are a very nice bunch and are all very friendly but i no nothing of the company as a whole.
