this ATR-72 brochure has a payload-range chart and some information about field requirements which may help. IMHO it doesn't look as though the field length is too limiting for your application.
Hope that helps! (It'd be a long sector time in an ATR, though - if you're evaluating props, have you considered a Q400?)
