I do feel that all the in house problems have done the company no good whatsoever, where as before they had a loyal crew, remember some of the Engineers had been therefore over 20 years........ the result now with the high mortality rate so to speak is that the loyalty has gone, an employee of 20 years plus isn't likely to pack up his bags and dissapear over the horizon at the slightest upset as he has to much to lose and is settled in the area. Hats off to the ones that have stayed, they know who I mean.

On the other hand a new member of staff entering through the companies revolving door is just as likely to carry on going round in it until he is breathing fresh air again......... you no longer have a turnover through natural wastage but one where a new member of staff entering the company is probably well aware of the situation or soon will be and is feeling the water so to speak, if it is tepid or not to his liking he will chose to dip his toes elsewhere.

Having seen the way they treated some members of staff and the effects on others, personally I would rather of had a lobotomy than work there... soul intact.

I did hear a rumour one of the new people due to join the company has decided to now decline the offer? any truth in that one?
