They're mostly a decent bunch of guys with a wealth of flying experience but forced into political games by their masters! The man management attitudes come from the very top (or maybe from his left?)
Very true. The facts are that in the last twelve months they have gone through 2 fixed wing chief pilots, 1 helicopter chief pilot, 1 aviation manager, 1 fixed wing captain, 2 helicopter captains, 2 engineers, 1 outside auditor and "lost/returned" there JAR 145..........
Forget the gossip and make your own mind up....
