The trouble is, 'Pal, that this is a small industry and the truth will out. It is highly unlikely that the whole of JCB's flight department are rogues. I know some of those guys and they are well respected people. JCB's flight department has it's problems but they were never generated from within (except for those caused by the last person to leave). Now the cancer has been excised the body will cure itself. If the last guy to exit was stabbed in the back then he should have no trouble obtaining alternative employment.........we shall see!
