We had a problem with MD80s entering the LAM hold turning VERY wide on the initial entry and had to keep a very close eye on them against the BIG hold, but have never noticed any problem myself at OCK.
There've been other issues with the A319 FMS on a westerlie DVR departure from LHR straight going through the BUR-EPM track instead of intercepting it, and then having to turn onto east to regain the track. This caused a few hairey moments against preceeding departures but I believe that's all been sorted out now
Have a look next time you're entering OCK from the west and if FMS isn't turning back before the DME restriction, why don't you raise it with your company as a fault? Perahps you machine is doing the same as the MD80 FMS at LAM?
