Couple of suggestions after lots of browsing the net !
Search your PC for "sw.exe" - if its there right click / properties to see if there is any info to help identify what it is / what it does / when and where it came from.
It
could be something to do with a program using a "
Scrolling
Window", and equally it could be connected with
Side
Winder joystick software if you have such equipment installed.
Have you installed any new software / hardware recently ?
