For sure, nobody can know for sure what underhanded nuclear dealings have gone on. But now, with regard to 9/11, we're talking terrorists here - not nations. This initial thread was leaning towards WWIII and the annihilation of mankind - not terrorism.

Edited to change from being representative of hay fever suffers to the end of life itself. LOL!!
