I know variations of this one's come up loads, but it happened (again) today....
Me: "Any Coffee?"
Pax: (Takes out headphones) "Eh?"
Me: "Any coffee for you sir?"
Pax: (totally blank expression for a few seconds)
Me: (for the final time) "Would you like any coffee sir?"
Pax: "Is that tea?"
