tough rookie

i am a copilot with a domestic carrier in india and I have friends flying in paramount as rookies!!! ( skyhawk...stick to flying instruction. do not teach us how to conduct our lives) . i was having a drink with my friend and a group of brazilian captains at the crew hotel in chennai just the other day and i was amazed by the stories they had to tell and they fit well with ejet_pilot's posting. and now skyhawk is doing a 360...skyhawk..are you brazilian...

paramount only has 5 co-pilots and i doubt if any one of them will have the balls to post so boldly as suggested by skyhawk. i saw my friend's contract...absolute pits.absolutely no rights for the employee.also heard that their training provider has stopped training new co-pilots because everybody kept failing. apparently something wrong with their selection process..what can you expect if pilots are recruited by dispatchers. and now they are desperate for pilots. on a humorous note, when they started up, everybody was flying in civvies because no body thought of uniforms, nav bags, caps and that sort of thing...talk about a low cost operation.

also in their layover in delhi, the crew were put up at shanti palace....the hottest hotel in delhi!!!!!!!!! hee hee.....when the brazilians (except skyhawk) protested, they were moved elsewhere but not the poor co-pilots and cabin crew....looks like skyhawk was impressed by the girls at the palace.....hee hee....one thing is for sure, no indian co-pilot in their right mind would join paramount...why should we when we are spoilt for choice at the moment....and also we do not want to make skyhawk's job tougher than it is..... hee hee....
