With all due respect....What has changed in Paramount in the last three months for you to say that they are a great upcoming airline. I do agree that every airline has teething problems but the problems over there were CRIMINAL....During my stint there I experienced all those things I have posted first hand. No Exaggeration. I just wanted to go home. You and I both know what the general consensus is among the expat pilots. So please stop trying to be goodwill ambassador of Embraer and Paramount. We all know what is in stake for Embraer in India but we should not forget our responsibility towards our pilot colleagues. Are you honestly recommending that expat pilots go over there and endure the torture. Why dont you set an example and stay longer than the three week posting.....I promise you that I will pack my bags and join you!! As of now my three week stay has left scars which will last a lifetime. And honestly, from what I hear from our colleagues over there nothing has changed.
