Paramount Airways - A great upcoming airline
Hi ! I am a Brazilian Check pilot and have flown for Paramount. The flying environment is really safe and comfortable to work unlike the complete false information portrayed in this site. Paramount is a startup carrier and guess it has a share of its problems that every start-up airline around the world has gone through. It does have a very experienced Chief Pilot that atleast I respect and does have a great product. I think this message has been posted by some desparate co-pilot who might have been pulled up really hard. Some of the Indian co-pilots are very inexperienced and we need to really push them hard to come up to standards on the Ejets. In my 36 years of experience in aviation a word of fatherly advise to all those upcoming rookie pilots. Be proud that you are a Pilot and use your rational thinking as these are the greatest skills that a pilot can be gifted with. Never I repeat NEVER react on a knee jerk, If you a loose cool and become irrational this habit may stick on to you even in the flight deck and may even kill you. So don't let emotions take the better of your rational judgments. No offence meant to the person who posted this, as I guess he must have done it in a moment of anger or frustration. Just wanted to set right the records so that it doesn't convey a false image to my peers who may read this. adeus!
