How in the Earth was the AOC issued without a CP..... if somehow it did happen like they had one for the issue and not aymore, I would say and know that the AOC previleages cannot be exercised unless a CP is in position.... which doesn't allow them to operate Charter.... If they did, I can see several million dollar lawsuits for the flights carried out on negligence alone let alone man slaughter !!
The lawsuit claim on such a scenario will wind up the MILL in a matter of minutes. Wonder how the Insurer would go on insuring the aircraft further if they know such a potential exists for their pants to be sued off . Perhaps I should talk to my lawyer friend and make a deal on a percentage cut for putting the idea forward to the lawfirm

What a perfect reciepe to read the MDA/DA wrong on a ink smothered photocopy paper when on a poor vis, heavy turbulence, wx down to the minima approach and yeah why not, throw in some wind shear and a Ts on the go around path and minimum fuel because the MD who's specialised in spinning silk pleaded the crew to operate the flight with the minimum fuel to put more pax on (not that they have that many I hear) and the crew were dumb enough to get convinced !!
Heard of "Controlled documents" ??! Maybe Jeppesen should step in sue them for copyright issues and endangering pax with their pirated charts !!
