PPRuNe Pop, that Me109 has a strange engine - it looks like a Griffin engine! The Me109 DB engine was mounted "upside-down", so that the exhausts were at the base of the cowling rather than the top, as most British & American aircraft were. Is it a hybrid / replica / mock-up for cinema?
Do you have any details about the aircraft you have pics of?

Edit - answering my own question it must be a Hispano Buchon!
