Ive had some inspirational managers & one Bully. The bully, I got into a locked office & threatened to punch him. In hindsight, tat asn't too bright as had he called my bluff, I would have had to back down or be sacked. However as with most bullies, he bottled it & I won the day & my professional freedom from his tyranny.
