1) nobody outside cx and applying there gives a toss about the ban...
2) cx pilots are quite happy to accept commands at the expense of their sacked buddies, while expecting applicants to forfeit their opportunity at cx = hypocrites
3) the situation is a hopeless mess, and nobody in their right mind would go accept a job there and jump knee deep into it..
