I totally agree. From Waterside, BA can't think or see as far as LGW as a long-term viable option in it's current form, let alone the regions.
As you state, there simply is not the competitive instinct.....or do they simply acknowledge they will lose if they compete on these routes.
Re-brand as "Heathrow Airways" and let someone else fly the flag for the rest of the country!!
