If such an entity as God existed (going by the generally accepted all-powerful, all-wise, all-seeing, omnipotent etc. concept), it would not require my belief in it to justify its existence. The gap of understanding between a mere human being and such a God would be so great that it would be incomprehensible.
The idea that such a being would require "love" from the likes of us is stretching credibility. It would be a bit like a human being expecting "love" from a bacterium.
