A friend of mine works at Aviance CWL and has mentioned to me that the 6G team were looking at these routes from passenger requests at CWL.
Personally, I believe that BRU & LGW have very good catchments for business and if operated at a good frequency they will do well, e.g 2x daily for LGW using ATR42..
Morning Flights
Depart CWL: 06:20
Arrive LGW: 07:20
Depart LGW: 08:05
Arrive CWL: 08:50
Evening Flights
Depart CWL: 17:15
Arrive LGW: 18:15
Depart LGW: 19:00
Arrive CWL: 20:00
For the BRU flights..
Morning Flights
Depart CWL: 06:00 (CWL Time)
Arrive BRU: 08:45 (BRU time + 1 hour)
Depart BRU: 9:30 (BRU Time)
Arrive CWL: 9:45 (CWL Time - 1 hour)
Evening Flights
Depart CWL: 16:00 (CWL Time)
Arrive BRU: 18:45 (BRU Time + 1 hour)
Depart BRU: 19:30 (BRU Time)
Arrive CWL: 20:15 (CWL Time - 1 hour)
Note, I have used 60 minutes flying time for CWL-LGW and 105 minutes for CWL-BRU
I also belive that the SNN and IOM fligths would work if they were operated at the correct times and frequency.
