Latest from the Belgrano is that those schools whose training has, up until now, been accepted for the UK PPL will continue to be acceptable pending approval inspection which will take place when the approval criteria have been established.
To re-iterate from the other thread - there is no such thing as an 'approval' to conduct training for the JAA PPL. A list of 'acceptable' schools is likely to appear on the CAA website in due course and will not be restricted to those which have recently been visited by the Authority.
