I think that you have been taking too much notice of rumours put around by a certain plonker named henri (see wannabees) and this is all a load of cr@p - wait a few days and the CAA will be updating their web page for all to see in the near future. The posting by Watford on the posting referred to above will give you the current CAA position.
You have been deliberately misled into believing that list which you quote is accurate because no list yet exists and neither does the criteria for even arriving at one.
That thread which I refer to in wannabees forum is the JAA/USA-WARNING although I have to tell you that you should read and digest only the posting made by Watford. Honesly !
