The most stupid case of diverting responsibility must be the one where those fat b@stards sued McDonalds. Come on! Even if McDonalds put warnings on the burgers I'm pretty sure their greed would still have got the better of them and they would still have consumed 25 burgers each in the one sitting. What they eat in a day would probably feed a family of 4 in the third world for a week.
