I had heard that it was a bit of a let down, particularly with not being able to hover on two engines? Admittedly I was talking to a ex-Chinook display pilot (not exactly objective
) but the impression he gave was that it was the jack-of-all-trades, master of none.
I hope someone can prove me wrong since I could well be flying one if I go to Shawbury and beyond!
