Ok, I've been searching round the FAA web site all day still looking for an
"official decode".
This page
http://www.naco.faa.gov/content/naco...s/legendAD.pdf has the remark:
"Runway Weight Bearing Capacity/or PCN Pavement Classification Number is shown as a codified expression.
Refer to the appropriate Supplement/Directory for the applicable codes e.g.
Rwy 14-32 S75, T185, ST175, TT325."
The only problem is I don't have access to the "appropriate Supplement/Directory"

Anyone got a "NACO Airport/Facility Directory" they could look this decode up in for me?
